Daily Nutrition Coaching

All clients who train at SFP receive daily nutrition coaching on best nutrition practices in coordination with the SFP exercise program. We do not have a one size fits all approach to our clients eating habits. SFP works as a team with it’s clients to make the best decision for their specific nutrition plan.


Tracking Habits to Make Lasting Change

At SFP we use the LoseIt! app to track client eating habits on the front end. We don’t track forever, because that’s not sustainable for the long term. We use tracking intermittingly to see a clients eating habits and then alter eating habits from what will be sustainable for that particular client.
